Natoaganeg Economic Development vision is:
“To guide and grow a sustainable, community-driven economy that will improve the long-term benefits for Natoaganeg that is guided by Mi'kmaq culture and community values.”
Natoaganeg Economic Development completed an Economic Development Strategy in May 2022. Guiding principles have been developed to represent the core values of the Natoaganeg First Nation community and to guide every aspect of the Natoaganeg Economic development strategy. The most prominent values that emerged through our engagement process include:
